Redditor goclemsontigers99 and his wife looked at their patio and saw a space needed some improvement. But, instead of doing a whole makeover, they decided to build something instead – an outdoor kitchen.
This project took weeks of development, research and planning. Although when you look at the finished project, you’d see that all the effort was well worth it.
This U-frame out of wood was first formed to create the base for the outdoor kitchen.
Soon after, they added the foundation for the bar and a footstool.
Cement boards were used for the surfaces.
A hole was made to make space for a conveniently located ice chest.
After placing all the cement boards for the surface, the grill was placed to see how it would fit in the outdoor kitchen.
What do you know, the grill fit in quite nicely!
Tiles were then used for a premium, polished look.
Things are really starting to come together
The whole kitchen, after painting, applying some stucco and the ice chest in place.
Add in some stainless steel doors and the kitchen is now complete.
Adding this smoker egg just made this kitchen even more of something to envy.
