This Guy Turned a 420-Square-Foot Apartment Into a Living Space With Five Rooms

Apartments in New York are getting smaller by the day and the rent, or cost of buying one, just keeps on getting more expensive. As a result, Graham Hill tried his darnest to find a way to maximize the 420-square-foot apartment he had. It’s all good though, as he’s managed to turn his small apartment into a legitimate living space with five rooms. It didn’t come cheap though, as the whole thing set him back by about a million bucks.
